Mass archive multiple emails to multiple leads/contacts
If you have not had Thunderbird open, simply hold Ctrl down and click on the emails which you wish to archive and right click and go to the Opacus SugarCRM option, this will trigger the automatic archive process
Manage which email addresses get auto archived
If you have particular individuals "Your Family etc" whose emails you do not want to be archive to SugarCRM, you can specify their email address so that the Opacus Plug-in ignores these confidential emails.
