Installation Help (for v3.*)
The plugin is installed but does not load with outlook
Outlook sometimes disables addins if it detects a problem with them. This normally happens if the plugin causes outlook to load slowly.
To enable the addin again you will need to do the following.
- Click file
- Click options
- Click addins
- Click "Go" at the bottom of the addins page
- Tick the box next to the "Opacus Outlook plugin v3"
- Press "Ok"
The plugin should now be enabled again.

How do i renew my expired licenses?To renew any expired licences you must purchase another activation key for the quantity of licences required, this must be done via the online shop in the same way as the original purchase.
Why is my licence key invalid?
If you registered online you must enter your connection details into the plugin settings exactly as you did during the registration/purchasing process.
